Right of withdrawal and returns at JBJclothing

 

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at JBJclothing.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item – or the last item in your order, if you ordered several items delivered separately.

Via the return portal, you can easily:

• Register your return

• Purchase a return label directly through us 

• Choose between an exchange or a refund

The return shipping costs DKK 60 and must be paid by the customer when purchasing the return label in the return portal.

If you wish to exchange an item, a new order will automatically be sent to you once you select this option in the return portal.
If you choose a refund, the refund will be processed automatically once we receive the package.
It may take 1–5 business days for the money to be returned to your account.

✅ IMPORTANT: You must enter the same email address you used when placing the order.
✅ Remember to include the return slip inside the return package.

Once you have completed the return process via the link, you must send the item back no later than 14 days after notifying us that you wish to return it.

 

📌 Remember:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received If the item is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a minimum of DKK 50 per item from your refund.

• If you do not collect the package and it is returned automatically, you must contact us at support@jbjclothing.com – otherwise the package will remain unprocessed.

📝 Note: You will not receive a confirmation when we receive your package. We will contact you as soon as your return is processed and any refund is issued.
